Should I tip my Game Coach?

Your Game Coach will go out of their way to make sure all your guests have an unforgettable video game party experience. Your Game Coach will show you stellar customer service, and we are sure you will be very happy with how hard they will work to make everyone happy. Gratuity is definitely appreciated. You can either tip in cash or add the gratuity to your credit card payment. Also, mention your Game Coach’s name in the 5-star review you post on Google, and it will be another way to show your appreciation for their hard work. We appreciate your business!

How many guests can fit inside the game trailer?

Our game truck is designed to accommodate up to 15 guests on the inside. This depends on the age and size of the guests. If your game truck party consists of large adults, that number drops to about 10 guests. Grade school or middle school kids will be about 12–15 guests. Smaller children can pack in about 15 guests.

How much space is required to park the game truck?

We will need at least 5 car lengths of space. Our truck and trailer are very long, and we will need space to pull in and pull out. Please ask your guests to be courteous and leave plenty of room for the truck to pull out at the end of the party so they can head to their next event. If our Game Coach is blocked in, you may be charged for the extra time…and that’s no fun.

What type of events do you service?

We can service just about any event. We regularly service Birthday Parties, Block Parties, School Fairs, Church Festivals, Fundraisers, Corporate Events, Employee Appreciation Days, Company Picnics, Grand Openings, Weddings, Quinceañeras, Gamer Tournaments, and even just a gamer’s hangout. Talk to us about your upcoming event, we will do our best to accommodate you and customize our game truck party to your specific event.

Do you provide your own power?

YES! Our game trucks are self-powered. This means we can handle your event no matter where it’s at. All we need is ample space to park and guests to play, and your event will be amazing!

Will I receive a confirmation prior to my event?

YES! We will email you a detailed confirmation as soon as you book your party. We will also phone you the day before your event and your Driver/Game Coach will phone you when they are on the way to your event. We love to communicate!

How much deposit is required?

All events require a $100 deposit on a credit or debit card. We will hold your date and time slot and not book it to anyone else. Your booking is secured, and we won’t book any other parties during your reserved time slot. For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable. However, if you have to cancel your party due to an unforeseen circumstance, we may be able to reschedule your event. In some cases, and at our discretion, we may allow you to transfer your deposit to another person of your choice.

Can I pay the balance with a credit card or cash?

Yes. We accept all major credit cards for payment. Prior to the start of your event, we will ask you if you want to use the same card you used to book your event to pay for the remaining balance. Please have your valid government-issued identification to show your driver; we want to protect the use of your card so we double check identification before we run your card for the remaining balance. You may also pay in cash; our driver does not carry cash so please make sure you have the exact amount…unless you want to offer your Game Coach a cash tip.

Can we upgrade our event after it has already started?

Absolutely! This happens all the time. Just let your Game Coach know, and we will be happy to upgrade your party as you see fit. Gaming is all about leveling up…right?

Does the trailer have to stay connected to the truck at all times?

Yes. The game truck must stay attached to the tow vehicle at all times during any private event. The only exception is multiple-day events or large events where multiple vehicles are parked. Please ask your Reservation Agent if you require this accommodation.

Can I provide my own games?

For the protection of our gaming systems, we do not allow customer-provided games. Adding a new game requires a download. This takes lots of time, and a glitchy game could cause the permanent shut-down of our game console. We want to make sure your party goes off without a hitch, so if there is a specific game you want for your event, please be sure and let your Reservation Agent know ASAP. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Does your WiFi work everywhere?

Our Wi-Fi is pretty strong. However, there are some Wi-Fi dead spots where service may be limited or not available at all. If we ever experience any challenges with connecting to the internet or if it is not available, you will not be charged. But don’t worry, we have plenty of offline games and your guests will still have an amazing time.

Can we bring food and/or drinks on to the game trailer?

We ask that you do not allow your guests to bring any food or drinks on to the game trailer. This may cause damage to the interior of the game truck, and we would rather you spend your hard-earned money on the game truck party and not cleaning damage…right?

Can we bring pets on to the game trailer?

Sorry, but our gaming systems require five fingers and opposable thumbs to play…so no pets. Also, your Game Coach won’t have enough time to clean up after Fido and Fluffy before their next party…but we will be happy to pet them on the outside of the game truck.

Can kids below the age of 8 play in the game truck?

YES! All we ask is that kids 8 years old and younger be accompanied at all times by an adult while they are in the game truck. Our Game Coach has lots of other guests to attend to, and some of the younger kiddos may require more attention than our Game Coach can provide. And we want the little ones to be safe and comfortable. We have lots of games that younger kids can play. We will show you how to play with them so that everyone, including you, has a great time!

Am I responsible for damage or loss of equipment?

Our rules are pretty simple for the guests. Behave like ladies and gentlemen, keep your hands to yourself, nothing is to be brought in or taken out of the game truck. Everyone usually has an amazing experience, however, if one of your guests causes damage or loss of our equipment as a result of not following the basic rules, you may be responsible for the cost to repair or replace any and all equipment that was damaged or lost. But don’t worry, we are sure your event will go great!!

Why is a sober adult required to be on the property during the entire time of the event?

The welfare and safety of your guests are very important to us. In the event that one or more of your guests are behaving in a manner that causes your other guests to be uncomfortable, we will ask the responsible adult to address the issue. If one of your guests experiences a medical emergency, we will immediately make every effort to notify the responsible adult and/or contact 911 for police or medical attention.

How do I become a Game Truck Game Coach/ Driver?

We are always looking for energetic and responsible Game Coaches to help us service our parties. If you have a clean driving/criminal background, a reliable pickup truck with a strong towing package, and a reasonable knowledge of video games, we would love to talk with you about the possibility of becoming a Game Coach. Let your Reservation Agent know and they will put you in touch with our Game Coach trainer. Game on!

Can we use our own game discs?

Our game trailers come pre-loaded with games and our hard drives are limited on space.
Since it could take several hours to upload a new game, we do not allow customer-provided discs. But don’t worry, we have plenty of games to keep the kids happy with the video game party trailer!

Can we use our own controllers?

On special occasions, like Esports competitions, we may allow players to use their controllers. However, we have plenty of controllers that are already synched to our game systems. Let us handle the work. After all, that’s what a good Game Coach is for! Party On!

Can we use our own game system?

Your game systems are far too valuable for us to take a risk that they may be damaged; just use ours! C’mon man!

Can we yell and scream and sing and act goofy inside the game trailer?

Uhhh, YEAH!! You don’t have to use your “inside voice” with us. Once you step inside, Go nuts! You’ll fit right in.

Is your game truck the best around with the best service around and will my party be amazing and make me want to refer you to all my friends?

Only one way to find out…see you soon!
